Lily Kate attended Doral Academy for middle school located in Summerlin, Nevada. Following middle school was accepted into the award winning magnet high school, Las Vegas Academy of the Arts. The school is located in Downtown Las Vegas, Nevada.

Lily Kate started her professional dance career at age 13 when she was cast in the dinner theater show 'Rose. Rabbit. Lie' at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas as resident dancer. She is known for winning 'Dancing With Myself' season 1 episode 4, “Hoops Don’t Lie” on NBC. NBC “Dancing With Myself” features Shakira as the star creator and executive producer alongside Liza Koshy and Nick Jonas with Camille Kostek as host. The series premiered episode 1 on Tuesday, May 31, 2022.

Lily Kate was cast in April of 2022 as a member of the ‘Full Tilt Dance Crew’, the crew is the professional dance crew for the WNBA Las Vegas Aces. Lily performed at every home game during the 2022 season with the WNBA Las Vegas Aces dance crew where she also has featured choreographed routines during various performances throughout the season as a Stadium Dancer, under Stadium Ent.

Lily Kate has also appeared as a dance team member in the popular BratTV web-based series Chicken Girls TV (2020-2022).

Lily was dancer for the BIG3 Las Vegas series. The BIG3 is a 3-on-3 basketball league founded by hip hop musician and actor Ice Cube and entertainment executive Jeff Kwatinetz.
